Mind, Body & Planet is a 6-credit online course designed to explore the powerful connection between your personal well-being and the health of our planet.
Through interactive lessons, nature-based self-care practices, and reflective assignments, you’ll discover how caring for yourself can be a meaningful step toward caring for the world around you. You'll engage in topics like climate change, fast fashion, air quality, and biodiversity—paired with mindfulness, breathwork, upcycling, and grounding time outdoors.
