Boston is not just one of America's oldest cities; it is also known as the Walking City, the Cradle of Liberty, Beantown and Titletown. Students at past classes have enjoyed visiting well-known historic locations such as Harvard Square, Freedom Trail, Bunker Hill Monument, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. Past weekends have also included visiting the Mapparium, John F. Kennedy Museum, and Sports museum. Come spend a weekend with us to see the amazing things Boston has to offer!
Costs and Educational Hours
This 3-day weekend course offers 36 hours (equivalent to 3 credits) for an all-inclusive price of $339, which includes tuition and registration, course materials, educational excursions including activities and transportation during class hours, and some meals.
Register for both courses at once (a double weekend package offering 72 hours/equivalent to 6 credits) for only $599.
Note: hours include pre-weekend assignments and follow-up work.
Classes are held at the following times:
Friday: 3:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (check-in from 3-3:25 p.m.)
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Attendance is mandatory beginning on Friday, with check-in from 3:00-3:25 pm and classes starting at 3:30 pm, and does not end until Sunday at 5:00 pm. If you are late to class or leave early on Sunday, you will not be eligible to receive your completion letter. Travel arrangements or work commitments are not accepted as excuses for missing class hours.

Parking is $10/day in Student Lot #1 or #2.
Housing is available as a courtesy to students and is provided for those who sign up for housing through this registration site. During the registration process, you can add two nights at Hostelling International Boston for $120 for 1 bed in an 6-bed dorm shared with other APW students. Hostelling International Boston (19 Stuart St), is four train stops away from campus. Registrations that include housing must be completed by 30 days prior to class start date.
